Some services may involve transaction charges, subscriptions, implementation fees, or other commercial arrangements agreed between you and Soko. Where paid services apply, you agree to keep billing details current and settle valid invoices or charges on time.

- We may act to protect the platform, merchants, buyers, or partners from fraud, abuse, or security risks.
- We may remove or restrict access where legally required or where unpaid obligations materially affect service delivery.
